1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alerje, Inc. ("Alerje," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the FAIT platform, mobile applications, website at alerje.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

FAIT is a digital health platform designed to support families and healthcare providers in managing oral immunotherapy (OIT) treatment for food allergies. Our Services include:

• Treatment tracking and dosing reminders
• Symptom and reaction logging
• Communication tools between patients and providers
• Progress monitoring and insights
• Educational resources about OIT

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alerje and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability
